Gentle Yoga is designed for students who need to have the basic yoga postures modified due to age, weight, illness, injury or limited flexibility. The asanas are modified so that these students can benefit from a physical practice and build strength and flexibility.

Beginners who are new to yoga

Course Teacher



Saraswati graduated from International Sivananda Yoga teacher training course 2010 in Vietnam. She is also a graduate of the, “Yoga Psychology”, “Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness” course and “Ayuvedic massage therapist”. She was staff at Sivananda Yoga Vedanta center in Ho Chi Minh from 2010 – 2013.   In 2014 she assumed the responsibility of directing the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Dalat City and in 2017 she is assistant director of the new Sivananda Ashram in Dalat.  She enjoys teaching beginner courses, yoga for kids along with ayurveda and healing.

6:00am – meditation, chanting and lecture
8:00am – Beginners Yoga Class
10:00am – Vegetarian Brunch
11:00am – Karma Yoga (selfless service)
01:00pm – Workshop
04:00pm – All Levels Open Yoga Class
06:00pm – Vegetarian Dinner
08:00pm – meditation, chanting and lecture

Come any time of the year for a yoga vacation.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is between 12:00 – 4:00pm Friday.  Please do not arrive any later than 7:00 pm.  We recommend that you join the afternoon Asana class at 4:00pm.

Departure: The course will finish at 2:00pm on Sunday.  Please check-out of your room by 12:00pm.  Please stay on for your final workshop before departing.

What to Bring

In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.
