The centre sits near West Lake in one of Hanoi's quieter neighbourhoods — calm enough for practice, close enough to reach from the middle of the city.
Who practises here
The centre welcomes international visitors and local residents alike. Beginners and long-time practitioners share the same room, and it is also where Karma Yogis and graduates of the Sivananda Teacher Training Course come to practise together and help keep the place running.
