A Yoga Vacation at the Sivananda Yoga Resort & Training Center is available throughout the year, offering guests the opportunity to experience the yogic lifestyle in a peaceful ashram environment.
The program offers flexible stays year-round. Weekend visits of two nights are possible, while regular Yoga Vacation stays require a minimum of three nights.
Through daily yoga, meditation, participation in the ashram daily schedule, and a peaceful natural setting, guests are supported in finding rest, reflection, and renewal.
