Kings Holiday Retreat
The Hung King Holiday Yoga Retreat is a four-day retreat set in the beautiful natural environment of Sivananda Yoga Resort. You will be immersed in the yogic lifestyle and experience the complete serenity of the Yoga Resort, free from the noise and stimulation outside.
You will leave rested, refreshed and recharged.
The retreat is intended to enable you to begin to develop a lifestyle conducive to physical, mental and emotional health and well-being.
With this basic knowledge you will have the tools you need to able to continue to practice yoga at home.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Check-in time is between 12:00 – 2:00pm Friday. Please do not arrive any later than 7:00 pm. We recommend that you join the afternoon workshop at 2:00pm.
Departure: The course will finish at 12:00pm Please check-out of your room by 12:00pm. Please stay on for your final workshop before departing.
What to Bring
In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.
All books and materials are available in our boutique.
