7-day intensive teacher training
Positive Thinking for Yoga Teachers
Positive Thinking for Yoga Teachers
Positive Thinking Teacher Training is a 7-day intensive course based on classical Yoga philosophy, designed to help participants understand the true nature of thoughts and learn practical methods to transform them. In the Yoga tradition, thoughts are considered the seeds that shape our life. By understanding how thoughts arise and learning how to guide them consciously, we can cultivate a mind that is clear, peaceful, and positive.
This training is rooted in the authentic teachings of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta tradition, passed down from Swami Sivananda to Swami Vishnudevananda, and taught directly by Swami Sitaramananda. Through study, reflection, and practice, participants will learn how to apply the principles of positive thinking in their own lives and share them with others.
