Children’s Yoga Teacher Training
This five-day interactive training is designed for teachers, parents, yoga practitioners, and anyone interested in learning how to teach yoga to children in a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate way.
Based on principles of child development, the course presents yoga in ways that support children’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Participants will learn practical methods for guiding children through yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, concentration practices, games, storytelling, songs, and creative activities.
The training combines practical sessions, group discussion, observation, and hands-on teaching experience. Participants will also deepen their understanding of how yoga can support healthy development, emotional balance, self-awareness, and positive social interaction in children.
By the end of the course, participants will have a practical teaching framework along with tools and ideas for developing children’s yoga classes in a clear, supportive, and creative way.

- Successful completion of the Sivananda Yoga Teachers’ Training Course (TTC) is a prerequisite for participation in this course.
