Yoga Teen Camp
This Teen camp is the opportunity for teenagers to practice the teachings of yoga in a fun, inspiring, and energetic way in the peaceful natural environment
This camp offers practice of asana (yoga postures), meditation, calmness and relaxation, compassion, healthy living, nature studies, hiking, painting, sketching,
The teenagers will be participating in outside games and play time, a drama production with music and costume crafting, and trips to the refreshing surrounding attractions.
Karma Yoga will be introduced to the campers, including chores around the farm, cooking and gardening workshops, and caring for animals.
All teenagers will benefit from daily Yoga classes and breathing exercises combined with relaxation.
They will learn about and practice mediation, the value of Karma Yoga (selfless service) and have their own teenager’s satsang with daily singing and inspiring stories.
There will also be plenty of time for swimming, fun and games, and special activities outside the center.
The camp is an uplifting environment and ideal to create a foundation for the teenager’s peaceful and healthy development.
Prices
Shared 4-person – $304.00
All options include 2 vegetarian meals, 2 yoga classes, and 2 satsangs.
Daily Schedule
6.00 – 7.30am Satsang, Sunrise walk, Forest walk)
8.00 – 10.00am Asana
10.45 – 11.45am Karma Yoga
12.00 – 13.30pm Workshops (Kirtan, Mindmap, Time management, Sketchnote, scheduling, water painting)
2.30 – 3.30pm Lecture (5 points of Yoga, Tree Excercise)
4.00 – 5.00pm Gentle Yoga, Nidra, Restorative Yoga
5.00 – 6.00pm Quiet time, Diary, counseling
7.30 – 9.00pm Satsang (Singing, Stories, Meditation, Bon Fire)
Come any time of the year for a yoga vacation.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Check-in time is between 12:00 – 2:00pm Jun 26. Please do not arrive any later than 7:00 pm.
Departure: The course will finish at 12:00pm on Jun 30. Please check-out of your room by 12:00pm.
What to Bring
In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.
All books and materials are available in our boutique.
