Yoga for Anxiety Disorder and Negative
Sivananda Yoga Health Education Camps and Intensives show how the 5 points of yoga life and can be applied to help alleviate specific health conditions.
The Sivananda Yoga Health Education Camp for Cancer Wellness is a 5 day retreat for those already diagnosed with cancer, for cancer survivors, caregivers, and for family members. Focus is placed on promotion of healthy lifestyle and prevention.
One of our Sivananda Yoga Health Educator team will carry out a personal Yoga health assessment for each participant at the start of the program.
During this retreat you will work with teachers and practitioners who understand the holistic approach to health and healing.
Experience for yourself the benefits of a daily combination of time proven Yoga techniques and get back to your natural state of positive health.

Come any time of the year for a yoga vacation.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: Check-in time is between 12:00 – 2:00pm Monday. Please do not arrive any later than 7:00 pm.
Departure: The course will finish at 12:00pm Friday. Please check-out of your room by 12:00pm.
What to Bring
In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.
All books and materials are available in our boutique.
