Yoga for Stress Management

More than 70% of doctor visits are due to diseases or health conditions caused by stress. Stress adversely affects physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual health if untreated for long periods of time. This course will help you to recognize the sources of stress in your daily life and provides the Yogic tools to increase one’s stress resilience and cultivate a positive outlook on life as we address our lifestyle choices and how to change them through:

Daily Schedule

6:00am – meditation, chanting and lecture
8:00am – Yoga Class
10:00am – Vegetarian Brunch
11:00am – Karma Yoga (selfless service)
02:00pm – Workshop
04:00pm – All Levels Open Yoga Class
06:00pm – Vegetarian Dinner
07:30pm – meditation, chanting and lecture

Come any time of the year for a yoga vacation.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is between 12:00 – 2:00pm Dec.09.  Please do not arrive any later than 7:00 pm.  

Departure: The course will finish at 12:00pm on Dec.11.  Please check-out of your room by 12:00pm.

Experience all the Yoga Resort has to offer.

What to Bring

In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.

All books and materials are available in our boutique.
