DESCRIPTION:Restorative Yoga Teacher Training\nRestorative Yoga Teacher Training Course will introduce you the basics knowledge of subtle energy\, how to control it to bring practitioners into balance\, deep relaxation and rejuvenation of the body. Yoga restores the body not only through the asana directly affecting the spine (bending forward – back\, twisting the two sides) but also through pranayama\, meditation\, relaxation. \nThroughout the course\, teachers will work together to discuss and gain experience in adjusting postures\, communicating\, and guiding students.
