DaLat - Kid Yoga

Come to the course and the kids will learn Sun salutation, basic breathing exercises, Yoga poses and the teaching will be an activity playing, meditation and singing also logical game with friends.
DaLat - Prenatal Yoga
Wednesdays, Saturdays 9:15 –10:45 am
* For students have baby from 4th month to 8th month. * Benefit: Improve sleep Reduce stress and anxiety Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
DaLat - Gentle Yoga
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 9:15 –10:30 am
Gentle Yoga is designed for students who need to have the basic yoga postures modified due to age, weight, illness, injury or limited flexibility. In our experience as teachers we have found that due to poor lifestyles and chronic stress, many students come to yoga unable to safely practice the postures.
DaLat - Restorative yoga
Saturdays 3:30 –5:00 pm
This restorative yoga is the way we actively search for these kinds of cells with awareness to release them out of their own negative energy, and bring prana to that part lead to deep relaxation, in deep relaxation, the healing process starts.
