Description

Immerse yourself in a yoga lifestyle and experience complete serenity in a naturally beautiful and peaceful setting free from noise and stimulation of the outside world.  Recharge yourself by practicing the ancient teachings of Yoga following the daily schedule which has been carefully designed to enhance your energy levels and also provide time for rest and contemplation.  Enjoy yoga class, silent meditation, vegetarian meals, workshops, and time in nature.  Begin to discover your true nature as peace, happiness, and bliss and develop skills which will improve your health and give you a deep sense of well-being.

Daily Schedule

  • 6-7:30am...........................Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting, and lecture
  • 8-10am........................Yoga Class
  • 10am............................Vegetarian Brunch
  • 11am............................Karma Yoga 
  • 1-3pm..........................Yoga Workshop 
  • 4-6pm..........................Yoga Class
  • 6pm..............................Vegetarian Dinner
  • 8-10pm........................Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting, and lecture

Guests are encouraged to follow the entire daily schedule as much as they can.

Pre-requisite

There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in time 12:00PM
Check-out time 12:00PM

Time of arrival/departure is when the accommodations will be ready, however you are welcome to arrive/depart earlier or later.

Registration begins at 12:00 PM, the ashram is closed after 8:00 PM, please arrive before 8:00 PM. We recommend that you arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM in order to join the afternoon Asana class.

What to Bring

Slip on shoes, loose comfortable clothing, writing materials, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.  All books and materials are available in our boutique.

Cost (minimum of 3 night stay is required for Yoga vacation)

Tent.......................................$30 USD/person/night
Shared room (3-4 people)..............$34 USD/person/night
Double room (2 people)..............$46 USD/person/night
Single room...................................$66 USD/person/night

The cost includes price of classes, accommodations, and food.  Holiday Surcharge of $15 per night will apply on holiday weekends.

Please bring your own tent.
