Description

Anxiety is the cause of many illnesses, both physically and mentally. The 3-day weekend course will teach you how to overcome anxiety and fear, gaining confidence in yourself, by the five-point technique of classical yoga. Studying and experiencing the course at Sivananda Yoga Resort Dalat will give you a fresh and safe environment, open nature, allow yourself to come back to your true self. In the course, you will be able to have personal talk with a Yoga natural healthcare teacher in order to find the method that works best for you.

Curriculum

  • 5 points of Yoga for holistic health (proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation)
  • Identify the emotions and the causes of your anxiety and fear.
  • How to nurture and regain self-confidence.  
  • How to adapt to changes in life.

Daily Schedule

  • 6-7:30am...........................Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting, and lecture
  • 8-10am........................Yoga Class
  • 10am............................Vegetarian Brunch
  • 11am............................Karma Yoga 
  • 1-3pm..........................Lecture on applying Yoga to overcome Anxiety and Fear
  • 4-6pm..........................Yoga Class
  • 6pm..............................Vegetarian Dinner
  • 7:30-9pm........................Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting, and lecture

Pre-requisite

All those who are interested in health care and natural therapies. No experience in yoga and meditation is required.

Check-in time is 12:00pm 07 Dec
Check-out time is 12:00pm 09 Dec

Registration begins at 12:00 PM, the ashram is closed after 8:00 PM, please arrive before 8:00 PM. We recommend that you arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM in order to join the afternoon Asana class.

What to Bring

In-door slippers, loose comfortable clothes, notebooks, meditation shawl or blanket, yoga mat, flashlight.  All books and materials are available in our boutique.
