Learn the basics of yoga from scratch systematically and safely in a small, friendly and relaxed setting with one of our Yoga Courses for Beginners. Or, take a course to renew your practice after some time away or to strengthen the foundation of your existing practice.

Yoga For Beginner (8 classes) - Date and Time

In Basic Yoga  you will be introduced to the 5 Points of Yoga for vibrant health, 12 basic yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), sun salutations (surya namaskar), relaxation exercises, introduction to proper diet, positive thinking and meditation. No previous yoga experience necessary.

Yoga practice & Philosophy

Practical hints: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class. It is recommended not to eat one hour before class. We provide yoga mat for the class. Wear comfortable clothing. ( Available at the Boutique)
