DaLat - Kid Yoga

Sundays 10:00 –11:30 am


The course two months, 2classes per week on Thursday and Sunday, time: 10:00am-11:30am.

First class is held on Thursday on 02.Jun.16.

Come to the course, kids will be learned Sunsalutation, basic breathing exercises. Yoga poses is teached as activity playing, meditation and singing also logical game with friends.

Yoga help children have a good health, balance physical and intellect, more focus, to progress in learning, wake up purify love with all everybody. Otherwise, practice yoga regularly help kids eating, sleeping well, prevent disease. Yoga kids is for children from 6 to 12 years old.
