Dalat - Yoga all levels

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays 6:00 –7:00 am

This class is opened for all beginner and students who did practiced for long time. Class in 90 minutes includes two breathing exercises Kapalabhati and Anuloma Viloma, Sunsalutation, 12 basic poses and variations. End of class is final relaxation to refresh your energy.
