Yoga for children includes movement and games based on traditional yoga poses set to stories and music, followed by guided relaxation. Children love this naturally engaging practice.

Proper breathing and deep relaxation promote health and wellness on all levels. Simple, effective techniques are taught in a playful, engaging manner. Children learn to calm themselves, energize themselves, breathe properly, and stretch out tension and stress.
Suitable for children aged 6 through 12. Exceptions to this age range may be made by prior arrangement, subject to a trial period.
The duration of each class is 60 minutes. The cost is $57 for the 8-class session ($48 for 10 frist kid); and more discounts will be available for more than one child coming from the same family.
