PROGRAM
– Enlightened Guided Study of famous vedantic book from Adi Sankaracharya called “Viveka Chudamani”, “Crest jewel of discrimination”. Teacher is Swami Sitaramananda.
– Practice of inner and outer silence
– Practice of self enquiry under the guidance of the teacher.
– Learn to question yourself “Who am i”?
– Learn qualifications of a spiritual aspirant. How to equip yourself with these qualifications.
– One asana class daily.
– Meditation and contemplation daily.
